1. General information about shipping
Your order will generally be shipped via our logistics partner GLS (General Logistics Systems) or, if necessary, via a freight forwarding or courier service. We ship Monday through Friday (working days, excluding public holidays in Germany).
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This email also contains your invoice and (if shipped by parcel) a tracking number . The delivery note is enclosed with the shipment.
Please note: Shipping costs include VAT and include both packaging and shipping. Shipping will be made to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process.
2. Shipping costs information
The following shipping costs apply to shipping with our logistics partner GLS. All prices quoted are final prices in euros and include VAT .
The shipping costs correspond exactly to the rates charged by GLS – with no profit margin on our part.
The shipping costs depend on the weight, size , and destination of the package. The exact costs will be displayed during the order process before completing your order.

3. Freight forwarding (over 30 kg) & bulky goods shipping
For products with a shipping weight of over 30 kg or particularly bulky items (e.g., drain cleaners over 2 meters long), delivery is via a freight forwarder. Please note that delivery is to the curb .

4. Express shipping
Express shipping is available upon request. Delivery is either via our in-house courier service or via external express service providers (e.g., GO!, DHL Express, UPS).
For information on availability, delivery times, and costs of express shipping, please contact our customer service before completing your order .
5. Self-collection
You have the option of picking up your order directly from our warehouse:

Opening hours for pickup:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Please contact us in advance by phone or email to arrange a pickup date and ensure the availability of the items.
6. Note on delivery time
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery period begins after receipt of payment (in case of advance payment) or after conclusion of the contract (in case of purchase on account or other payment methods).
Please note:
● For certain products such as nozzles, the delivery time may be longer because these are custom-made products for which we require additional technical information (e.g. pump performance, operating conditions ).
● Articles with a note field in the online shop may not be available immediately and may have different delivery times .
● When shipping outside of Germany, the delivery time may be extended due to longer transport routes or customs clearance.
7. Partial deliveries
We are entitled to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you. Of course, you will not incur any additional shipping costs.
8. Transport damage
Please inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If there is any transport damage, please have the delivery person document it immediately and contact our customer service. Your statutory warranty remains unaffected.
Free shipping for orders over €150¹ – only until September 7, 2025, 11:59 p.m. Applies exclusively to standard parcels within Germany and Austria.
Bulky items, extra-long goods, and products weighing over 30 kg are excluded from free shipping.
